BARCELONA

Barcelona, the city of Olympics, the city with all its vibrancy and dynamisms and the city with old glory of its structures and art is one of the most preferred tourism destinations in Europe. One of the best ways to see the city in all its glory is simply to enjoy a nice walk along the beautiful roads of the city. Plaça Real, with plenty of bars and restaurants, El Raval, El Born and La Ribera and Palau Guell, built by the Catalan architectural genius Antoni Gaudí are good options to spend some great time in the city.

Barcelona is a shoppers delight with plenty of options such as Passeig de Gracia, the Rambla de Catalunya, Avingunda Diagonal and at the Eixample. There are also some great real real Spanish-style shops, in the area between the Ramblas and Via Laietana, especially around Carrer de Ferran. Barcelona is also home to big and variety shopping malls, which are mostly located at the harbor. A must-visit is also the mega store of El Progreso that has one establishment at Plaça de Catalunya and another one at Diagonal. You can buy mementos, great ornaments, chick and designer clothes as well as street items from various shops in the city.
